Lexivo AI builds the visualiser, you put your name on it.
A customer photographs the room they want changed. A few minutes later they are looking at that same room finished — their windows, their proportions, their light — inside an app that carries your brand and sends the enquiry to you.
The problem it solves
Selling a room is an act of imagination, and most people are bad at it. A homeowner standing in a dated kitchen cannot picture the finished one, so the conversation stalls on swatches, mood boards and “trust me”. Some of them commit anyway. Most go quiet.
A render collapses that gap. Not a render of somebody else’s kitchen from a brochure — a render of theirs. Once a customer can see the finished room, the question stops being whether they want it and starts being what it costs. That is a much better conversation to be having, and it happens before you have spent an hour driving to a quote.
TrueRender™
Every result begins with a photograph the customer took themselves, and the engine holds the room while it changes the finish. Wall positions, ceiling height, window and door openings, the view through the glass, the camera angle — all of it comes through untouched. That constraint is the whole point: it is why a customer recognises the result as their room rather than an attractive picture of somebody else’s.
It is also why the output survives contact with a quote. A render that quietly moved a wall or widened a window would produce a lovely image and an awkward conversation three weeks later.
Two products, one engine
The difference between them is not styling. It is what each one is permitted to change in the customer’s photograph, and that follows from what each trade is actually paid to do.
A studio is engaged to choose the sofa, the rug and the palette — so the render is free to replace them. Furnishings, colour and light all move.
For renovation companies RenovationA builder quotes the floor, the joinery, the tiling and the tapware — never the sofa. So the render changes only the work that appears on the quote.
What it will not do
It will not move structure. It will not invent a room that cannot be built. On the renovation side it will not restyle furniture the customer already owns, because a homeowner who sees a new sofa in the “after” will assume it is included, and somebody has to explain that when the price arrives.
It is also not a substitute for you. The render starts the conversation and narrows it; the measuring, the specifying and the pricing are still yours. Not every job makes sense, and an app that pretended otherwise would cost you more time than it saved.
White-label, end to end
Your brand, not ours
The app, the finishes it offers and the enquiry it produces are yours. A visitor never meets a Lexivo logo, and the enquiry lands in your inbox rather than passing through us.
No lead is sold twice
We are not a lead marketplace. The people who use your visualiser are your prospects, and they are not resold to anyone, including your competitors.
It runs where your customers already are
The visualiser runs in a browser, so it works from a link in an email, an ad, or a QR code on a van — with no install to talk anyone into.
Talk to us
The fastest way to judge it is to see it running on your own work. Book a demo from either product page, or write to info@lexivoai.com. If it is not right for how you sell, we will say so.
