Give homeowners a “wow, that could be our kitchen” moment.
Lexivo gives your company a branded renovation visualiser. A homeowner uploads one photo of their kitchen, bathroom or any other room and sees it renovated — their room, their windows, their proportions — usually in a couple of minutes. By the time they call you, they can already picture the finished job.

A visualisation, not a construction drawing. The price is still yours to set, on site.
Five screens,
and a job they can already picture.
This is the whole homeowner journey, and it happens before you have spoken to them. One photograph, three questions, and their own kitchen, bathroom or other room shown finished — so the call starts with somebody who has already decided they want the job done.
-
Step 1
Your company’s app
Your name, your colours, your jobs. It does not look like somebody else’s tool.
-
Step 2
One photo of the room
No measuring, no plans, no site visit. A phone photo of the room as it is today.
-
Step 3
What’s there now
The app reads the room back to them, so you both start from the same honest description.
-
Step 4
How far they want to go
Finish direction, scope and budget level — the three answers that move a quote.
-
Step 5
The job, and the ask
They see the work in their own room, then ask you to come and price it properly.
Their kitchen.
Their bathroom. Finished.
Every pair below comes from our TrueRender™ engine, which works from the room’s own photograph — carrying its windows, doorways and proportions through into the visualisation, so what a homeowner sees stays recognisably their room.

TrueRender™ visualisations are illustrative concepts, not construction drawings. Scope, materials and feasibility are settled by you, on site.
A homeowner who can see it
is a homeowner who commits.
-
1
They picture it
Months of vague intention become one specific room they can look at and want.
-
2
You get the brief
The room, the finish direction they chose and how far they want to take it — before you drive anywhere.
-
3
You quote a decided customer
You are not selling the idea any more. You are pricing a job they have already chosen.
A picture cannot price a house. It can turn somebody who was thinking about it into somebody who wants it done.
Anyone can generate a kitchen.
The hard part is generating theirs.
A generic image model redraws the room: the window moves, the ceiling lifts, the sink lands on a different wall. It is a beautiful picture and it is not quotable. TrueRender works the other way round — it is told what it may not touch before it is allowed to change anything.
-
Step one
The photograph is judged first
Too dark, too blurry, or not a room at all, and it asks for another rather than making something from it. A muddy half-lit render is worse for your company than no render, so it would rather ask twice.
-
Step two
The architecture is locked
Walls, ceiling height and floor plan. Windows, doors and the view through them. Plumbing, fireplaces, stairs, beams and alcoves. The camera position too. That list is handed over before a single surface changes, and it cannot be switched off.
-
Step three
Only the work you would install changes
Tools built for decorating replace the sofa, the rug and the cushions. That is not a nicer picture, it is a quote you cannot honour. Floors, joinery, tiling, paint and fittings change. Their belongings come through untouched, because you were never going to supply them.
-
Step four
The two images are re-aligned
Every model shifts the framing slightly when it redraws. You would barely notice on its own, but a homeowner drags the slider and the room lurches. That shift is measured and corrected before anybody sees it — and where it is too large to correct properly, the render is thrown away rather than patched.
-
Step five
There is a floor, and a ceiling
It can never come back darker, shabbier or more dated than the photograph it started from. It aims at a good normal standard of work rather than an idealised one, and where it is uncertain it does less rather than more — no fantasy budgets, nothing you would have to talk a client back down from.
It stays their room
the whole way through
The windows, the doors, the ceiling height and the proportions all come through the render unchanged — which is why a homeowner recognises the result as their own kitchen rather than a picture of somebody else’s. Their furniture comes through too, because you were never going to supply it.
Each kind of job holds something different still
A bathroom and a deck are not the same problem, so they do not share the same rules.
And what it refuses to do
A tool that flatters everybody eventually embarrasses somebody. None of these can be turned on.
It will not move walls
No knocking through, no extensions, no structural change. Those belong in a conversation with you, not in a phone app.
Some jobs get no render
Waterproofing is diagnostic work with nothing to show. Inventing a picture for it would be the first dishonest thing in the product, so there is no tool for it.
Pre-sale refuses to oversell
Getting a place ready to list changes paint, floors and clutter only. It will not show a seller a new kitchen before an auction, because that is money they rarely get back.
The app is the offer.
The dashboard is the machine behind it
An app nobody opens is just a brochure. So it arrives with a dashboard that fills it: send the app to every lead you already have, point ads at it instead of at a gallery page, let the follow-up run while you are on a job, and keep an honest record of which enquiry turned into a site visit. The three panels below are screens of that dashboard.
Send the app to all your leads in a single click

- Deborah A.Whole house · enquired last year
Import a spreadsheet, or use the enquiries already in there. Every enquiry that went quiet gets a link to see their own room renovated.

People who opened get a soft nudge. People who clicked get a different one. Both stop the moment somebody books.
Ads that point at the app
Not at a gallery page. Somebody months from hiring anybody will not book a site visit, but they will try their own room.
Email, text and WhatsApp
Sent on business hours in their timezone, from your own authenticated domain, until they book or ask you to stop.
It watches what they did
Opened but did not click, clicked but did not book, rendered twice and vanished — each gets a different next message.
One address, one allowance
Renders are capped per address per day, so a quiet week costs what a quiet week should. It bounds what a bot can spend; it is not an identity check, and it does not pretend to be.
Measured on booked site visits
Not clicks and not form fills. Every enquiry keeps the ad, post or search that produced it, through to the visit.
Opt-outs handled properly
Honoured everywhere, straight away, on every channel, and logged in case anybody ever asks you to prove it.
Figures shown are illustrative. Every panel and capability above lives in the same dashboard, on one login — you run it yourself, or we run it with you.
Finishes, floors and colours —
tried on their own room
Clients rarely know the name of what they want. They recognise it when they see it. The app lets them try a direction on their own room before they ever have to describe it to you.

Fifteen shown here, in no particular order.
The picture is not the point.
The conversation after it is.
Five company owners on what changed once homeowners started turning up having already seen the job finished.
“The first visit used to be me selling the idea, and the second one talking somebody back down from a picture they had found somewhere else. Now they have already seen their own kitchen finished, so the first conversation is what it costs and when we can start. That is a whole visit out of every job.”
“Not one homeowner has asked what the app is or who built it. They open it, they use it, and then they ring us about their own kitchen.”
“We are quoting fewer jobs and winning more of them. The people who come through it have already decided they want the work done — that ratio is the only one that pays.”
“What sells it is that their own sofa is still sitting there in the picture. They stop asking whether it is really their room and start asking what the worktop is.”
“What I actually use is the record of what they tried before they rang. I turn up already knowing the finish they kept going back to, and half the specification writes itself.”
What a company gets out of it depends on its own market, the work it takes on and how the app is put in front of people.
