How we handle information, including the photographs your clients upload to your company's app.

Last updated 30 July 2026

In short. We collect what we need to reply to you and to run the app your company licenses. We do not sell personal information, and photographs are never used to train AI models.

What we collect

Two separate things, and it is worth keeping them apart.

On this website. When you fill in the demo form we collect the name, company name, email address, area and message you give us, plus ordinary technical data such as your IP address, browser and the pages you viewed.

Inside your company's app. When one of your clients uses the app we host for you, we process what they enter — usually a name and a phone number or email, their answers to the app's questions, and the photograph of their room. In that situation your company is the data controller and we act as your processor.

Your clients' photographs

This is the part people ask about most.

  • A photograph is only uploaded when someone chooses to upload it, in order to produce the render they asked for.
  • Photographs are sent over an encrypted connection and stored against the session that created them.
  • Photographs are never used to train any AI model — not ours, and not the model providers', whose enterprise terms exclude training on submitted content.
  • A result link is protected by a signed token. Without that token the result cannot be retrieved.
  • Access is scoped to your company. One client cannot reach another client's photograph, and no other company can reach yours.
  • Renders are illustrative. They are not a specification, a survey, a structural opinion, a quote or a guarantee of any outcome.

How we use it

  • To reply to you and to run the demo you asked for.
  • To produce the render a client requested.
  • To send the follow-up messages a client agreed to receive, and to honour it immediately when they opt out.
  • To show your company how the app and your campaigns are performing.
  • To keep the service secure and to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to advertisers for their own marketing.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers who help us run the platform, and only as far as they need it: cloud hosting, AI model providers, email and SMS delivery, and analytics. Each is bound by contract to protect it and to use it solely for the service they provide to us.

The enquiries and renders your app generates belong to your company and are available to you through your dashboard.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people using the service.

How long we keep it

Demo enquiries are kept as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. Information inside your company's app is retained according to your settings and your own obligations. Photographs and renders are removed when a company account is closed, or earlier on request.

Choices

  • Opt out at any time. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and every text accepts a STOP reply. Opt-outs are applied everywhere, immediately.
  • Access, correction and deletion. Ask us and we will action it, or pass it to the company who controls that data if the request concerns their app.
  • Cookies. This site uses only what it needs to function and to count visits. There are no advertising trackers on it.

Depending on where you live, local data protection law may give you further rights. We honour those rights wherever you are.
